J3 work with various Multi Academy Trusts to assess and analyse their build estate and produce medium to long term capital works and maintenance schedules including budget costs
Outcome
Reports were always delivered on time and to a high quality, with the data produced by the experienced J3 surveying team utilised by the Trusts to produce yearly maintained budgets and plan future capital works programmes
